The power of Purpose

Just how important is ‘purpose’ in the workplace? Is the answer generational? What’s important to students starting out their career is likely to be different to those closer to retirement. A recent BBC survey of teenagers aged 13 to 16 reported that ‘purpose’ is a priority when it comes to choosing an employer. Has this changed over the last few months given macro-political events?
