Welcome to the Employer Reputation Indicator or ERIN as we affectionately call it!

ERIN, developed in conjunction with Aston University, is a short, survey-based diagnostic tool that probes the key indicators for employer reputation.

Wide-ranging survey questions seek to understand what helps people thrive emotionally, from company culture, values and behaviours to the quality of relationships across teams. The tool covers feedback on the quality of your employees’ workspaces and facilities, whether they are working in offices, factories, labs or warehouses, on the road, or at home.

The diagnostic explores the tools, processes, policies and organisational structures that enable people to have a great working experience as well as skills, competences and capabilities within the organisation, and how effectively they are managed.
Finally, it helps identify the degree of shared belief in the quality, relevance and meaningfulness of what the company does and how it contributes to society. It also captures how invested employees feel in the organisation and the extent to which they act as advocates.

The results of the survey will allow us to measure and evaluate how you are performing as an employer across 6 key drivers.

A summary report will outline what you’re doing well, areas for improvement and ultimately how you can enhance and strengthen your reputation.
