Chances are you may know one of our founders if you’re reading this. It was 2020 when Neil Griffiths, Ken Kane and Simon Thomas (MBA) brought together over 60 years of experience in the Talent space to launch a Storytelling business based on Insight and Creativity. Perfect timing to coincide with the Pandemic!
Since then CERIPHhas grown – and we have worked with some wonderful people along the way. Which was one of our goals. We wanted to share stories and build deep emotional connections with people. We wanted to connect clients with people who should be part of their story but just didn’t know it yet. We wanted to be brave and bold – and work with people who genuinely valued their reputation as an employer.
