There is so much wrapped up in what is meant by &#8216;right talent&#8217;; behaviours, values, culture add, DE&amp;I, skills and lived experiences to name but a few. Throw into the mix whether that&#8217;s &#8216;right&#8217; for now, or &#8216;right&#8217; for the future or if the context is driving innovation or leading change, fuelling growth, providing leadership or maintaining the status quo.</p>
